Dwaine, You should be able to set any domain controller to hold PDC role in windows 2000/2003 domain. Open up AD users and Computers, right-click the domain and select Operations Masters. From there you would access PDC tab. That controls which server holds PDC role. Make sure DOS clients can access this server.
