I don't know the answer, but I do know this has been discussed in the past
so you're not alone! I'd take a look through the archives - I can't recall
if it was resolved or not, but you may get some pointers..

wonder if any one has seen this...
I have published a Delphi based application on my Citrix farm and it works
fine apart from one quirk. When a user opens a sub-window within the app
and
then minimises it, it dissapears and the main application window is
inactive. It is obvious the sub window is on the desktop, but as the main
ap window is inactive, you cannot minimise this to get to the sub-window.
The only course of action left open is to initiate a logoff via the ICA
connection centre. However, once initiated, if you cancel the logoff at
the
confirm window, the application becomes active again and the sub-window is
minimised on the application main window. Weird.
This is all with the app running seamlessly, but the same happens if you
run
it within a terminal window.
Any ideas?
