What version of the Dell Broadcom drivers are you using? You should be =
using version 6 or greater. If you view the properties of the NIC's, =
what version of the driver is listed?

Dell 2650 with 2 Broadcom Gigabit NICs on board
Teamed them both as "Smart Load Balance and Fail Over" within "Broadcom =
Advanced Server Program Driver". Everything worked fine. Tested =
Failover. After Installation of MF XPa FR2 over a Windows 2000 SP3 =
(preinstalled from DELL) with the citrix SP3-fix the server has several =
timeouts. Plugin out one of the NIC Cable, everything works fine. Anyone =
