This is on a newly installed Win2k3 Terminal Server

I was wondering what causes the files username.001 to be created under the
C:\Documents and Settings

I go through and delete them, but the come back. I noticed also there is
only two folders in each one with the exception of the CURRENTLY logged on
version.

Isn't there a way to get rid of those? I looked through the tuning document
and it did address this, but the registry change doesn't seem to work
properly.
