[THIN] Deleting MS Hotfix uninstallation files

Hi

My Windows 2008R2 Citrix servers are running out of space on the C: Drive.  The 
folder causing the issue is:
C:\Windows\winsxs

I'm trying to delete all  hotfixes in the above folder but cannot work out the 
command..  I've tried to the following:

DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase

I get the following message:
Error: 87
The startcomponentcleanup option is not recognized in this context.
The resetbase option is not recognized in this context.

I don't have disk cleanup tool installed so prefer to use DISM command.  Has 
anyone got this working in Windows 2008R2?
