I couldn't get it to work in my environment, but I was told DELPROF.EXE will
do this.
I think its on thethen.net

Subject: [THIN] Deleting Locally Stored Inactive User Profiles

We are planning to implement roaming profiles in the future, however for the

time being we are still using locally stored profiles. I created a script
today (utilizing the Zap command) to delete all profiles in the evening
except
system and admin profiles (i.e. Default User; Administrator;
CitrixInstaller,
etc...) and the script seems to work well enough. What I would really like
to
find is a utility that can determine which users are currently logged on and

then delete the inactive users profiles, anyone seen a utility like this?
