[THIN] Default User Profile

Does anyone know how to configure a default user profile on Windows 2008 R2 
Terminal Servers?
I am not having luck doing a search.  It used to be you could overwrite the 
Default User profile in Windows 2003.  I understand things are different in 
2008 R2.
