[THIN] Datastore

I have a dedicated Data Collector, which was the first server in my farm.
My datastore is on a SQL server, but I understand that this DC is also
technically my datastore. I have a new machine I want to make a DC, which
is easy, but how do I also make sure it acts as the Datastore, and does the
communication to the SQL DB, rather than the current DC/DS server?
