I simply run CHFARM prior to imaging and put the server in a spurious
farm using a local Access datastore. After imaging, simply running
CHFARM to add the server to your production farm will do so very
cleanly.

You really should dissolve the team before creating the image...

You may also want to consider creating a post image script... Of which
you could install MetaFrame via a script rather than trying to image it.

Whoops - Ignore that last message... wrong attachment!

Here's the procedure I use after a machine has been imaged...
pain-stakingly simple.

1. Login as local admin.
2. Dissolve teamed network connection, recreate with correct ip
address. (This is to reset the MAC address / routing tables)
3. Run NEWSID.EXE to generate a new sid and rename computer name at
this point.
4. System will reboot.
5. At this point, you can add the computer back to the domain only
after deleting the existing Active Directory Object for that computer.
Once added, move AD object back into correct Citrix OU.
6. Change UID entry to one at random in w:\program
files\citrix\system32\ctxsma.conf, restart Citrix XML service, add
server again into Secure Gateway Console.
7. ensure anti-virus software is correctly communicating to
management server.
8. ensure appsense is correctly communicating.

Is there anything else that's been missed?
