We are using the full client. I know, it's weird, but a necessary evil for
some of the stuff we are doing.

Why do you need to customize the Nfuse web client? If your clients
are using Nfuse, then they wouldn't need a custom install, unless you
wanted to install the Full Program Neighborhood client pre-configured
with application sets.

I have used WinRAR, SFXMaker 2.0 and 2.5 with much success in
customizing the install of the ICA client.

I needed to customize the ICA client that is deployed through my
Nfuse. Unfortunately the files were in CAB format.

I found a program by MimarSinan that worked great. I think it was
called Codex Suite 2002. It is a GUI cab compression utility. Works
like WinZip, only better. Definitely a better tool than M$ CABARC. I
just couldn't figure that one out.

Winzip Self extractor does this quite nicely, once you got the
customized ICA Files appsrv.ini pn.ini module.ini, just rename to
.SRC extensions are you all set.

You can also use one of the free installer programs and do
your own custom install by first setting up the ICA client
on a workstation and thin using the installer to install
your exact setup to any other computer.
