We had exactly the same issue as Angus describes, however we've not had
a resulting hung session.

Sorry I can't be of any more help!

John

The only crystal reports 8.5 issue we've had on Citrix was due to DLLs
being installed in the wrong place. It didn't manifest itself as hung
sessions but here's a snip from a seagate doc with the fix.

***********************************
By default, Crystal export DLLs are installed to the
%systemroot%\Crystal directory (generally C:\Winnt\Crystal), which is
NOT included in the User Path Variable. In a Terminal Server
environment, each user will have their own User Path Variable making it
difficult to update each user's Path Variable.=20

Therefore, the best solution is to copy the contents of the
%systemroot%\Crystal directory to the Terminal Server's \System32
directory, which is generally <drive>:\Wtsrv\System32. Be certain to
confirm the correct directory in your environment. With the DLLs in this
directory, the User Path Variable will be able to locate them and
exporting should be successful.
