Hi James,
Certs can only be imported into Local or Roaming profiles.
What is the OS of your Citrix servers?
Are you licensed to use Citrix Profile Management (Enterprise or Platinum)?
If you are Advanced, you can use Immidio Flex Profiles.

Subject: [THIN] Cryptographic Providers failures
Anyone come across the inability to import PFX files for users with
mandatory profiles?
We have given them read and execute access to the "docs and settings\all
users\app data \...\Crypto" - no joy
The only time this works is if the users log in with a normal roaming
profile, something in our mandatory profile is missing or ....??
Any suggestions or ideas much appreciated!!
