Optical mice do this occasionally, especially on mousepads that are
reflective or have a textured pattern on them. In addition fine hairs
can get lodged near the optical sensor of the mouse and cause this
behavior.

Subject: [THIN] Crazy Mouse Syndrome

Has anybody come across the scenario when citrix clients (full screen)
running on windows PCs....occasionally experience the mouse just take of
on them momentarily. A little bit of wiggling the mouse around gets
your arrow back in the right spot but it is frustrating a few of my
users. I also get the problem but it doesn't bother me too much.

Thin clients are XP, Notebooks, Desktops, optical mice

Any tips would be appreciated.
