[THIN] Corrupt icon problem

Hi guys,
I am having a lot of trouble with users icons getting corrupt.
...the users desktop has been redirected using GP to their home
directory on the file server.
When a user loggs in a considerable amount of Outlook icons are corrupt
and need to be manually copied=20
to the desktop in their home dir.
sys: Win2K SP4, Metaframe XP FR2
any ideas ?
