Sure it can be done . . . you can actually assign the exact same policy to
multiple OU's if you want.
The catch is . . it's the same policy. Any changes to it, affect everywhere
that that policy is applied.
So if you want to copy the policy only to change 1 or 2 items, be aware that
those 1 - 2 items will also change on where-ever else that policy is
applied.
