Hello all,

I've got a user who is almost daily loosing her connection while working
in Outlook (2K2). She frequently leaves her computer idle for periods of
time, and we don't have an "idle disconnect time" set. I thought it may
be a DHCP error, as we were getting w32time errors in the event log of
her XP Pro computer, so I gave her a static IP and that hasn't resolved
the disconnect issue. We got the following message yesterday: "Citrix
ICA client engine has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." Other times she'll get the countdown
saying "do you want to reconnect?" The other piece of info that I'm not
sure if it's relevant is that she frequently connects to the Citrix
server on the other side of the WAN. I'm going to have her only connect
to the side she's on, but I'm not sure if this is even a bigger issue.
I'm stumped.

My "farm" is 2 Compaq Proliant DL360 MF XP 1.0 servers SP2, FR2 with 2
GB RAM, one on each side of a WAN. Load balancing is not in effect.
Please help.

TIA,
Mike
