I have done this - it depends on how you are set up.

Your Remote Policy has to apply last (to blow away any other print
settings) and it has to apply to something that is unique to your
remoting environment.

I noticed that you said "dial in" - Are you using traditional Citrix
async connections? Or RAS? etc?

We had both async and a gateway.
I noticed the user sessions coming in through the gateway had foreign
IP addresses - so I did a "not in subnet x.x.0.0"
and out async sessions were all on the W2K server providing async - so
there was also a policy applied to that server (no IP filtering)

We added local printer support with our remoting policies, so we never
removed office printing support. At the office they saw all the
network printers we presented. When remote, they saw all their
network printers plus they defaulted to their local PC printer.

This way, they could print something for an admin, etc without having
to push it through email, or when moving between offices it could be
at the destination (if it was a large color job for example).
