You need to use a macro....

Something like

Sub EnumerateControls()
    Dim icbc As Integer
    Dim cbcs As CommandBarControls

    Set cbcs = Application.CommandBars("Menu Bar").Controls("Help").Controls
    For icbc = 1 To cbcs.Count
        MsgBox cbcs(icbc).Caption & " = " & cbcs(icbc).ID
    Next icbc
End Sub

It will spit out all the cmd bar button ID's to screen which you can copy and
paste...

Found this on an MS website somewhere a long time ago but can't find the link
today....You may need to change the Controls("Help") part depending on which
ones you want (I think). Also from memory the syntax is slighty different for
excel and I don't think this works for Outlook (how do you run a macro in
outlook?) and if I recall correclty the Disable items in user interface does
not work for project....

Subject: [THIN] CommandBar ID's for Office 2003

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had a list, or an easy way of extracting CommandBar
ID's from Office 2003 Apps so that I can disable certain menu items in a GPO?

I've done so much searching, but cannot find anything to reference them.

Unable to download the CommandBar Browser from SIAM Consulting, as the web site
seems to be offline, but it only supports Office 2000 and 2002 anyway.

Cheers.

 Kind regards,
