[THIN] CommandBar ID's for Office 2003

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had a list, or an easy way of extracting
CommandBar ID's from Office 2003 Apps so that I can disable certain menu
items in a GPO?
I've done so much searching, but cannot find anything to reference them.
Unable to download the CommandBar Browser from SIAM Consulting, as the web
site seems to be offline, but it only supports Office 2000 and 2002 anyway.
