Thanks for all of the replies. I'd already moved cmstart out of the
winlogon key, but the problem was that it would just hang and not
continue at all. The user could work, but no printers or drives were
being mapped. If I killed it, and then ran it manually, the printers
and drives mapped. I eventually gave up, uninstalled just metaframe
and reinstalled it and all service packs. Things are working correctly
now it appears.
