What is the latency on the connection? How many users are at that site?
What does the ISP claim the bandwidth to be? What does
www.pcpitstop.com show the bandwidth to be? What is the nature of
bandwidth utilization (ie how much web traffic vs. email vs. ICA)?

I had a similar issue.

1.5Mbps down/ 384Kbps up ADSL with 10 users
We checked the line and found that the latency averaged between 150ms
and 220ms during the work day (ping). We had major jitter too...the
line would go from 100ms to 250ms several times in a 5 minute time
period. The DSL provider refused to do anything about it...so we got a
cable modem (768Kbps ~55-75ms) and never looked back.

Subject: [THIN] Clients getting Broken Connections

We've got a new site that's just coming up in our pilot environment and
= they are getting a dramatic amount of Broken Connections, whether they
= are idle for a couple of minutes or active. We have a large number of
= other sites that are fine.

We are having the T1 provider watch the line, but it looks good from =
their side. How can I best try and find out what the issue really is?
= I have implemented the TCPKeepAlives items that are talked about to no
= avail. Could it be a switch?, new router?, cabling? Any help on the
= diagnosis would be great.

Thanks,
