EOL's support team should be able to help then, I've forwarded this thread
onto Peter at EOL.

Thanks Jim, I've got the EOL Universal Printer but 99point9.com's =
knowledge base has little on autocreated printers. Got any links or =
pointers on where to configure this?

Yes buy one of the third party printing products like EOL Universal =
Printer,
ThinPrint or triCerat Screwdrivers that let you set a printer to a
workstation name(ip or mac even in EOL's product) instead of using the
username to autocreate the printer.

Hi,

I've read through the admin manual, checked out CTX859359 and searched the =
=3D
thin.net for a resolution to this issue, and unless I've missed it (it's a =
=3D
heavily covered topic) I don't see an obvious solution to this problem I =
=3D
have with the names of autocreated client printers.

My setup is Win2K SP3 MF XP FR2, users login through NFuse to NetWare and =
=3D
their user account is created by the Novell workstation manager on the =3D
Citrix server. As their username is long and the ICA client limits the =
=3D
client name to 20 bytes (see CTX859359) the full username is shortened =3D
from "username.ou.ou.ou.tree" to the clientname "tree-.username.-nnnnn#" =
