[THIN] Client Printing Stopped!

I have a customer running straight Win2000 terminal serivices. They were
using client printer mapping with the RDP5 client, until they installed a
package called ImageRight. Now client printer redirection no longer works.
There are no items in the event log, or any other signs of what is going on.
Also, when I attempt to manually create the printer from a client, the
rediected ports aren't there either. From what I can see, ImageRight
installed two customer printers which printed to it's own printer port.
ImageRight has been uninstalled, and it's customer printer port removed but
still nothing. Any ideas?
