Hi All - sorry for re-post, but this one is really causing us some grief
due to applications that rely on mapping back to client drives. Has anyone
got any ideas on how to resolve this one ?

Thanks & Cheers,

Shane

Subject: Client Drive Mapping Problem...

Hi All - I am having an issue on a bunch of Win2k3 PS4 servers. Scenario
as follows:

1. Running from local laptop.

2. Either RDP or ICA onto a Citrix Desktop server.

3. From here I can map client drives back to my laptop without any issues.

4. ICA from the Citrix Desktop server onto another Citrix Desktop server.

5. Any attempt to map client drive results in "Access Denied"

6. I can map client drives from the second Citrix Desktop back to my
laptop if I log directly into it from laptop (i.e problem only exists when
connecting via intermediate server).

7. The only way around the problem is to get an RDP console session to the
intermediate server, and then ICA from their onto final Citrix Desktop.

The following thread highlights my exact problem:

I am using admin account - no policies - no restrictions etc in place.
All client drive mapping options within Citrix are enabled. The issue is
only when connecting to destination server from an intermediate server.
Any help appreciated.

Cheers,
