[THIN] Re: Clearcase

Well, there is the normal one - %TEMP%, which, for all users, points to
their user-specific temp folder under c:\temp.  But Clearcase doesn't see
this, it only will see the temp variable if it's a system variable, not a
user variable.

My concern is that if Clearcase uses the system TEMP variable for cache
files (or whatever) and we have multiple users, they might stomp on each
other's temp files and cause errors.
