In that situation, it is best not to have the Anti-virus software on the Terminal server. We use a server that screens e-mail before the client gets it (Trend Micro Norman Anti-virus). Each client (we use fat clients) has Norton Anti-virus. No Anti-virus software on the Terminal server. Of course we do not have outside access to our Terminal server though.
