I see this from time to time. Sometimes need them to close Citrix apps.,
remove all printers, re-add necessary printers, and reconnect to Citrix,
then fine.

We have had a printing problem in Citrix where the print job will go to a
different printer than the user's default. I've seen this a lot lately and
I will tell them to log out of the application, make sure the connection is
closed in Connection Mgr and when they log back in everything is fine. Their
print jobs will then default to their default printer instead of another in
the list. This is happening on a MetaFrame XPe FR2/SP2, Win2k SP2 server
environment. Is there a Hotfix for this condition?

Thanks.
Jay
