NFUSE Elite can not be used to push apps., without the use of a metaframe
server/farm.
Elite is simply a portal creation product. With it you can do things that
you could not do with NFUSE Classic alone.
NFUSE Classic, is simply a web based Program Neighborhood, in it's simplest
form.

So it's more of a matter of you can use NFuse elite as a portal product to
do other things. There's no effective way to use NFuse elite to deploy your
Terminal Server apps without Metaframe, or am I still missing something?

You do not need a metaframe server to use NFUSE Elite. Never have had to.
Without the Met frame server though, you can not use the PN module. You can
still use Elite for things like web browser, stock ticker, message board,
etc.

NFuse does that and it's free with the purchase of Citrix MetaFrame XPs
(XPa/XPe). We use it exclusively here because it was the easiest thing =
