I am going 4.5 its just we already have all the licences checked out to
xp and I wanted to give back 10 to check them out and generate a licence
file with the 10 pack for my set up and testing of 4.5

I believe you can, but why? If you are starting a new project, you
should be considering PS 4.0 or PS 4.5. MF XPe is less than three
months to end of life status.

are all attached to a starter pack in increments of 10 s and 20s.
We have a second starter pack that was never used, Can I take
back 10 licences for the XP and add them to the second starter pack
without messing up the rest of our current licences.
