The article is nothing more that a few disgruntled employees venting to the
public. It’s obvious that Citrix is not the problem. The problem lies
with the system architects, the IT Group (who seemed to be fighting Citrix
every step of the way) and management.
Again, how are power outages a Citrix issue?

Good article. Long read but worth it. Apparently Kaiser is having trouble
with their Epic implementation and Citrix is getting dragged through the
dirt too.
