[THIN] Citrix error message "Please verify your network support is properly installed".

Network: W2K AD
Citrix Server: W2K SP2, Metaframe XP FR2.

Got a new one this morning, when one of the users tries to connect to Citrix 
from their Windows XP Pro PC (either by an ICA file, or though the Program 
Neighbourhood) they get the following error message "Please verify your network 
support is properly installed".

Everything else is working, ie. the login script runs, and they can access 
email locally and connect to network drives.

The local event log is showing the following two errors:

1005: Windows cannot connect to dalyinternational.com domain. (Operations 
Error.  Group Poilcy processing aborted).

1030: Windows cannot query for the list of Group Poilcy objects.  A message 
that describes the reason for this was previously reported by the poilcy engine.

Any ideas?
