[THIN] Citrix connection IDLE timeout

We restrict idle timeout for all our users in Citrix Connection
Configuration.
We use the same idle timeout for every Citrix server in the farm but
once a month one user runs a report which takes over 10 hours.
Do you have any idea how to force Citrix to allow one particular user to
have longer idle timeout?
Maybe there is any other solution which for example simulates user's
activity?
