Yes, if you find a product that installs as a printer driver and you
have the necessary infrastructure (modems) to support it. We use Esker
Fax here which integrates with Outlook/Exchange. The Esker Fax printer
driver is available on our Citrix servers so folks can fax through the
printer driver.

My company is researching the concept of faxing from the desktop. Can
anybody tell me if this is even possible in a Citrix environment? We
use published desktops, Citrix 4.5? any help would be most appreciated.
