Help!
Has anyone seen a issue with USB printers and Citrix in a Citrix PS 4.0
environment w/ Remote users. Servers are running Windows Server 2003 Std.
Tried the following but none help.
* ICA clients 9.23 and 10.1
* 2000 and XP workstations
* local administrator
* made sure COM ports are enabled
* Tried drivers from HP, native drivers, & Citrix UPD
What really sucks is when I tried it with a usb printer from the office it
works. We just moved these users from a Citrix XP farm where they were
working. And I got users on other servers in the 4.0 farm that work fine with
USB Printers. Makes no since.
Please help! Any suggestions would be great!
