You can use the msiexec switch method to push out 40+ servers easy... As far as the Username/Password info, I'm not quite sure what the issue with that is. The installation script that you're using is only needed 1 time for the installation of MetaFrame. There is no need to copy or store this file on the MF server itself. As far as the initial file being stored on a network share, either restrict access to the file, or remove the username/password combination from the text file when the text file is not being used. Using a transform file will not protect the username/password... It would take an extra 30 seconds for me to start Orca and load the transform file.
