There's the CSTK from Citrix (CDN I think) that can simulate load, and some
application usage.

Don't recall it offering much from the logging perspective, but I used
perfmon and it's logging options for that.

It's sorta customisable, but you'll need to be quite handy to use this for
bespoke apps.

There are commercial products out there, but I've not personally used them,
I mention the CSTK because it's a free download.
