[THIN] Citrix Shadow

(Uing Citrix XPa1.0 in a Windows 2003 environment)
I found 'Citrix Shadow' to be an unfortunate tool that works probably 25-30%
of the time. Typically when a user needs assistance the shadow will result
in some error.
How has people's experience been with this feature and is there another
product that has been more typically used to assist users.
