We removed a few of the citrix shortcuts from the start menu and got the
same problem. It was trying to add the shortcuts back. So we ended up
just hiding the shortcuts and it never popped again.

Put the CD in and let it do what it thinks it needs to do. Check the
event log for MSInstaller events and it should list the files replaced.
That's how we figured our problem.

Have you checked, all users startup menu, administrator startup menu,
run and runonce registry keys?

I know this sounds way to simple but the CD isn't in the CD-Rom is it?

Quick question, I'm sure I've seen the answer to this but I can't find
it on the Citrix Site...

Every time I log into the console of one of our Citrix Servers, I get
the Citrix Install Program starting, which I have to cancel several
times before I get to the main screen.

Any ideas? It's a W3K server XPa FR3.

Thanks!

Lee
