None that I know of.
We have Compaq server farm with dual NICs. The servers have the Compaq
Teaming implemented (for redundancy / failover) on the same subnet. All
static IP's, of course. All seems to be working fine. (Until I installed
the blasted MS SP4 on my MetaFrames XP's!!!!)
