What does the application log have to say on that server ?

Hello list!
One of our servers just booted a few people off but left
most logged in.
Now no new users are able to log on. It give the
error "Citrix Server is
not available, please try again later."
We are running MFXPe on W2k SP3.
I cannot connect to the desktop or the published desktop.
I can RDP to the server.
I already restarted the TS Licensing Service on or TS
Licensing server and
that was about 45 min ago.
Anyone seen this before?
