[THIN] Citrix Server desktop heap exhaustion.

I am having some issues with one of my Win 2K3 SP2 Citrix PS 4.0 servers.
I get "Failed to create a desktop due to desktop heap exhaustion"
event ID 244 even when attempting only one ICA connection. Is there a
recommended setting I should be using for a Citrix server in general?
