[THIN] Citrix Secure Gateway - Configuration Help Needed

Greetings,
We are having a great deal of difficulty geting out Citrix Secure Gateway
environment functioning and was hoping someone on the list might have some
configuration help for us. U have attached a PDF document detailing our
current configuration. With this configuration, External Users have no
problems accessing and authenticating to secureapps.external.com, and they
see the Citrix Applications icon screen. When they attempt to connect to a
Citrix app, the Java ICA connection center appears, then the ica Connecting
to screen appears with "contacting 10.3.1.77" in it and then the following
error appears: "There is no route to the specified subnet address."
We can't get past this error and was hoping someone could identify the
problem with our configuration. If you have any ideas, please respond.
