Not sure if this just applies to group policy logon scripts, but you may
want to try this:

Subject: [THIN] Citrix Published Applications and ScriptLogic

Hi list

I am about to setup new Citrix XPe FR2 / w2k sp3 servers in the same
domain
as our scriptlogic and have been testing this with published
applications.
However when I run the published application it starts before the login
script and so network drives are not available when they are needed.
Have
had a look on the scriplogic, thin list web pages but don't see anything
that relates to this problem. Anybody able to point me in the right
direction on how this should be setup?
