Yes it's out. It's been out for about 2 and a half weeks now.
Jim posted the location for downloading the guides back on the 20th May.

Download the Administrators Guide. There is a section titled "Migrating to
MetaFrame Presentation Server". You will find all the info you need.

We use XPa but want to get the Enterprise version for V4. If we installed
FR3, are you saying we could do an inplace upgrade to V4? Does V4 have
different flavours - ie XPa, XPs, XPe as we would want to go with the
enterprise version.
A trainer informed me that I would have to start a new farm all together -
is this not the case? I cant find much info on v4 - is it even out yet??
