[THIN] Citrix PNAgent

I have unpacked the .exe from the Citrix web site, changed setting as
appropriate in the install.ini file, and re-packaged the files into an .exe
using InstallShield. It seems to completely ignore the install.ini
setttings during the install now. Any ideas???
