Hi Jason, I haven't had many problems at all with reliable frame relay connections. However if the effect of bandwidth is a eral concrn to your management, then a really great tool for simulating restricted bandwidth, latency and error rates is a FreeBSD too called DummyNet. See http://cs.ecs.baylor.edu/~donahoo/tools/dummy/ . All you need is an old PC with 2 supported network cards, about 32 MB of RAM and a floppy drive.
