[THIN] Citrix Memory limitation

Hi
We have Windows 2003 R2 Standard servers that are effectively using all their 4Gb RAM and around 4Gb of swap. Windows standard cannot see past 4Gb. If I rebuild my servers with Enterprise and add more RAM, will Citrix be able to utilise it all or are their Citrix / kernel limitations?. Is there a sweet spot where any additional RAM is not used?
