[THIN] Citrix Management Console error "cannot enumerate users"

Has anyone seen where when you are in Citrix Management Console and try to
add NDS administrators that you get the message "cannot enumerate users"?
This is a Citrix Metaframe XP FR2 SP3 environment. Novell 4.83 client and
a Novel 5 environment. This is a 2 server farm that authenticates with
another Windows 2000 SP3 Active Directory machine.
