[THIN] Citrix MPS 4.0 and RDP connections

As stated in CTX104605 an RDP connection to a MPS 4.0 (also 3.0) farm consumes
a Citrix license.
In environments where for example RDP is used for LAN comnnections and
ICA for remote offices this would mean a significant increase of
ICA licenses.
We inform customers about this, are not very happy about this.
Are we the only one facing this $$ (extra Citrix licenses) issue ?
Is it possible to put pressure on Citrix to change this ?
