It would make more sense to train the helpdesk staff how not to disconnect a
session, rather than trying to find out who is committing the act. IT folks are
born investigators and we often waste resources to find out who caused the
problem rather than fixing the problem. Joanne

PowerFuse does that, but you probably don't want to invest in it for
only that feature.

Subject: [THIN] Citrix Logs

Hi,

Is it possible then can track of citrix session logs like for ex. if my
helpdesk disconnects any user session or terminates user session then I
can
see who did this activity.

In PS4 is there any option available which can do or any third party
utility
for this.

Thanks.

Anurag
